Been on a bit of a pokemon nostalgia binge. Was playing Pokemon Saphire on my old Gameboy Advance. Thought I had lost all my DS games, no idea where the went to. Figured the only pokemon games I had left were Saphire, Silver, and Yellow. Found that my DS had the pokemon white cartridge inside. aaaaaw yiss, moar pokeymans.

Well, listening to extremely loud, soul-nourishing music is certainly at least partially the cause of my happiness.
My deafness was kick-started by an injury sustained long before I discovered the joys of music, though. I would recommend avoiding hearing loss altogether.

On that note and also Happy, I got my ears syringed to drain the wax buildup today, which has rather dramatically improved my hearing.
Been too many years since I've had that done, I guess. Still a pesky bit of water trapped in the right ear but I'm guessing that'll go away soon enough.

Unrelated: I hadn't done any homework for my machine learning class, but I did the project assignment in time, so today I showed up to the project defense, which is like an exam but not, and they basically told me "yeah, we've seen your project, some good shit right there, here's your mark, you can go". After much prodding, I finally went and read Homestuck. It was quite good.

1. I read 'pudding' and now am disappointed

2. I tried to read it. Got out of it after I think hiatus #2 and never went back. The 2nd storyline part kinda pushed me out a tad.

I just saw the wonder woman movie. It was actually pretty good. Not like a master piece obviously, but as far as a super hero movie goes certainly up there.
