I actualy just finished a three part interview for a lawyer job at a rather important federation of NGOs dedicated to giving special education and care to people with disabilities. After the whole process, just me and 2 other guys are left. Lets see how it goes. Third sector lawyering can be interesting.

Altough I'm rather serene about it since I gots me another interesting opportunity for this year, but hey, a man must grab everything that gets thrown at him and only pick and choose when everything is under his power.

Criiikey. Like, that's ~R166 hourly. Working a well-paying job with high entry qualifications (B.Sc. Honours kind of thing) nets around R250 hourly, here. Just goes to show, cost of living is a hell of a drug, I guess.

Night-shift premiums. Something I didn't get despite working nights for 2+ years as the part of the company I was in didn't get them for reasons.

In some places, ten bucks an hour is minimum wage. Maybe even lower than the minimum.
