Sorry bro, even without baby padding football still has the highest injury numbers even when adjusted for the number of players. And since holdball is more about standing around on a field than actually playing the game anyway I doubt they even get up to handball levels of physical interaction - and I'm not talking about the erotic version here.

No.  the injuries per hours is not comparable.  American football registers 8.4 per 1000 hours at the college level alone, whereas European football is at 6 or so averaged.
