As far as other benefits go, you can buy a handgun now so some celebratory gunfire is a possibility (just don't shoot in the air. What goes up must come down.) You could also rent a car at an elevated rate, or go gambling at a casino.

Eh, I went to the range a couple weeks ago for my brother's birthday. Actually buying a gun would be very expensive.

But yeah, Guinness chocolate cake is awesome. I've had it for many years now, but now I can buy all the ingredients myself.

THIS. THIS MADE ME HAPPY. HOLY SHIT. I've calculated it to be up to 99.2% discount, and given that we're just now starting on GameMaker in game design class, the timing couldn't possibly be any better. I mean, i already have Pro edition thanks to a crazy swede (you know who you are ;o), but ALL THOSE MODULES. I COULD CASH IN ON ANDROID GAMES. Granted, the mobile app wave has died down a bit, but hey, a mobile game has a lower set of standards than PC games. Fucking hell, i don't even need to be rich to buy this!

Going back to school tomorrow! I've been so bored all summer, it'll be nice having something to do :v

The ac was leaking, we got that fixed but in the process of cleaning out the closet and checking for water damage we found some guns that used to belong to my father that we thought were left with my grandparents more than 25 years ago.  We were planning on doing some expensive housework, and we're thinking selling these may pay for the whole thing. 

We just need to figure out how much they are worth, because they are both very likely antiques.  A deer rifle, that I actually remember firing myself once when I was 10.  And a double barrel break open shotgun of some kind.  And if the rifle is the one we think it is it may have even been in the family for generations, so it may get shipped back up to extended family instead.  We will see, sadly all my gun knowledge comes from Cataclysm DDA, so I'm not sure how reliable a source that is for figuring out value. I can't even figure out how to check if the rifle is loaded.

Yay potential gun money and probably being the owners of unlicensed guns for years!

Greiger: There are several easily acquired gun value books available, and many have pictures. You can find specialty auction sites as well. Could you post a pic? Make sure to check your local laws and ordinances before selling it so you can be forewarned of any legal risks.
