Anyways, glad to hear! If there's still any pain then be VERY VERY CAREFUL, because while you do need to increase your usage incrementally, doing it too soon will basically undo any progress you've made. If it hurts to game, stop immediately and rest your hands. Depending on where you're hurting, it might be worth training your hand with an elastic band (around fingers for extension resistance) and/or a squishy ball (for gripping). Again, if doing any of those two hurts (not just burns like exercise often does) more than it should, stop immediately. I'd hate for someone else to suffer the same fate if i can help avoid it. :I
