Don't know what you heard, but I definitely like it. Sad that Monty Oum died though he made the best fight scenes, both for this and RvB.

Good if you wanted to watch more of Monty Oum's fight choreography, bad if you wanted complex characters or an interesting plot.

That said, the voice acting at least became marginally better. But honestly you're better off just reading The Games We Play, since it takes the barely-explored setting and a lot of underused characters and fleshes them out into an excellent ongoing snippet-a-day serial about a fetch quest which led to the end of the world, while incidentally doing the same thing for the central conceit of The Gamer without making it boring or wanky the way a lot of writers do.

I didn't have to cheat for the mission you're thinking of, but it did take me a couple tries. Theres certainly worse things outside the story mode though.

Just killed a legendary deathclaw at level 8 and got a pretty sweet exploding bolt-action pipe pistol out it.
I am officially satisfied with this play session.
