College combined with winter results into waking up when it's dark yet and coming back home when it's already dark. The outer world is cold and unfriendly, but there is the Big Warm Blanket waiting for you and ready to hug you and hide from this snowy despair.

So today is apparently Back to the Future Day, since it's the day in the future they traveled to in the film. Where's my floating hoverboards damnit! :P

Cakeday was good. The cake itself was delicious.

Most of my free time on said day was taken up by playing the copy of Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn I received as a present.

I also got my hands on a copy of the GameCube remake of MGS and discovered, after dying in the first area several times, that I suck at Metal Gear.
