I can now un-ironically say that I enjoy long walks in the beach.

I probably would enjoy walking on the beach if the only one within reasonable distance wasn't most shit (literally) and over an hour away on the crappy (sometimes literally) side of town.

E: Happy caekday, Tiruin! I keep spelling your name wrong, I'm sorry.

Got online recently and hello 9 new messages in PMs. Most of which are :D in tone and with many other nice notes in them.
That implies someone sent you a message which wasn't nice? :c

Cakey happday, though.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Been enjoying the neighbor's 4th of July festivities.

I'm just glad nobody's been setting off fireworks around here. Whole of North Idaho would go up in flames.

You can have all the fireworks you want, though, as long as you set them off 500m out into the lake.

Needs more rain...
