Fuck, can people just stop changing their names already? Names are fucking meaningless. There's no reason to change them at all, unless you're transgender or something. All namechanging does is inconvenience lots of forum members.
Seriously, it's a shame this has become sort of a fad. I dislike my RL given name too, but that's no reason to change it willy-nilly.

I would definitely see a reason to change your name if it was something like xX0BitCloudSwordAxe0Xx, but that's just me.

I can understand someone wanting to change their username. I've gone through about 5 or 6 in my lifetime. Eventually you start feeling like it just doesn't represent you anymore.

If I were to change my name it would only be to fix the capitalization.

What annoys me more then name changes is avatar changes.  If you are going to change your avatar, at the very least make it similar to the old one.  For example, if I was to change my avatar, it would be to the third gen ion cannon, or to a Hammer of Dawn satellite.
