To be kinda blunt, anything that works well for normal doom will work well for Brutal doom. I can at least give a personal recommendation for Doom 2 the way id did, which I was currently playing with the DoomRPG mod + DoomRL arsenal + DoomRL monsters. I don't really see anything in particular that would stand out for brutal doom in it, but it's some pretty fun ID feeling maps.

The first part of Twig got posted by wildbow (the same guy who did Worm and Pact) today and it is definitely looking awesome. I'm already feeling the hype! :))

Twig? Seriously? It was fine and dandy between Worm and Pact, but the trend of four-letter title for wildbow series being a thing seems like a bit of a grating affectation.

Also, I have a lot of catching up to Pact, I kinda dropped off between the updates around the erasure incident. Probably will re-read the whole thing~~!
