It's best just to not even guess. People come in such a wide variety of shapes and sizes. I used to be so skinny you could easily see my ribs (I'm male, but that doesn't make a difference) but I ate very well, and was in good health. Then my metabolism kicked out on me in my early 20s....

The point is, you can never tell, so it's best to just stop trying to tell.

The second collaborative Fernando comic.
It's beautiful. Let me give you a sample:

The gimps swarmed sensually like a squad of squirming squids upon their leader, moaning and trying to rub as much of their bodies against the greased gargantuan as possible.

Being squeezed from both sides by greasy gimps, Fernando was squelched out onto the grass like a freshly birthed goat, and crawled his way across the ground to safety.

It definitely has the best plot in a webcomic that focuses around the smuggling of lube inside dead marine animals, as well as bandit gimps.

EDIT: Not inside the gimps, just the marine animals.
