Discovered that somewhere since the last time I picked up my paystubs and this time, I got my second raise. 80 cents an hour, a major improvement over my 20 cents for my first raise.

I then found a coat that isn't made of an itchy irritating material, has sleeves that fit my freakishly long arms, isn't made for "DAMN THAT'S FAT" people (usually coats and shirts that fit my arms fit seven of my stomachs), is my favorite color, and best of all has A barely acceptable number of pockets. AKA over 8 of them. And the fur trim on the hood is removable, and the hood is removable, plus it's weathertight. So it was $160, but it was on sale for $60 dollars. And my previous coat was worn down to the seams and pockets. It had no insulation at all anymore. So great new coat!

And then I found three new Kurrig non-coffee beverages, AKA two new kinds of hot-chocolate and an iced tea. So, set on the hot beverage (and iced beverage made in the hot bev machine?!) scene for a while.

A good end to an otherwise backbreaking day.
