Those days when you have occasion to remark to a teaching assistant, "If it's stupid but works, but isn't stupid." Seriously he did not seem pleased with "guessing" as a methodology, even though it's just a marginally less methodical strategy than what we were apparently supposed to do.

Instead of writing a long table of recorded data, we worked out a simple equation that approximated reality more closely than the specifications required, and figured out the constants through what could generously be called successive approximation. Note that we were specifically told that writing an equation was an option, it just wasn't expected that we would do so.

I'm so late to this convo but.

I wonder if Furtuka cares enough about me to say whether I've had an impact like he seems to care about. o.o

I almost started an avatar mini-fad, but then BadLemons stole it and it died.

HA! And as for being remembered well I think I can say I'll be remembered by II and Lyeos (Mainly because I'm playing their RtD's and annoy them for Update's(Hint hint))at-least if I ever leave the forums and hopefully "That guy who made lemon picture's" can be remembered sometimes. I don't thing I'll ever have any real impact but few people probably ever do. So I'm fine with only being remembered by 1-2 people. Plus I don't see myself just up and leaving, I like it here. But with that said if I ever disappear for a long time and didn't leave a message and never come back in an alt account to tell you's what happened if something happens to this one, Assume the worst has happened to me.
