I did the pre-SAT test today!
It was slightly underwhelming.

Personally I thought the actual test was rather underwhelming. Assuming you can do basic algebra, write a decent essay, and read you should score pretty well. In fact the only parts of the test I found difficult at all were some of the vocab questions, which is saying something with as voracious a reader as I am.

Yeah I love spiders. I've grown up in two environments chock full of spiders, in the former they devoured things far worse than them, some of which would literally crawl inside your skin given the chance, the latter they were the only thing keeping the moth population from swarming within my humble abode. A murderous Ukrainian lady killed all of the spiders, warmer temperatures and thunderous rains however have caused many spider broods to seek shelter in domiciles and have also allowed them to grow larger. The result: NO FUCKING MOTHS!
