Sometimes I wonder how many abbr. I've missed. I don't see the dotted underlining so for all I know, every post I've never quoted or hovered over is chock full of them.

Waait there's supposed to be a dotted underline? I usually just quote the post if I suspect a abbr tag. Also why the fuck are you fucking the fuck up mobile type thing.

The underline is browser-based. Firefox has it; Chrome doesn't.

The dotted underline signifies a mouse-hover over for showing text, usually by the abbr or acronym tags.

It's just a signifier and works perfectly with Chrome.

Problem: Chrome is the only browser I've seen by far that fails to see that dotted underline

I think she meant "the dotted underline is just a signifier and [the abbr tags] work perfectly with chrome. Chrome, however, doesn't display the dotted line, though the abbr tags still work."

I was fully aware that [abbr] tags work in Chrome. That's why I referred to the underline, and not to [abbr] tags.

While I could get a Wii U at this point (there being more than one game on it I want), I'll probably join you guys and just get it on the 3DS instead to save money.

3DS is totally worth it, particularly with Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire coming out.
