Yeah, there's supposed to be some process you can do if you're underage.

Most just say to be 13 or older.

I'm surprised they haven't tried to make that stricter. Everyone just hits "yes" regardless.

Note I said "tried." Just because it's nearly physically impossible to verify everyone is actually over thirteen and any attempts to do so would basically kill the internet doesn't mean they wouldn't try.

I remember once, years ago when I was new to the internet, signing up for Neopets with my real age and actually printing out, filling in and faxing off their parental permission sheet. Man, how young I was.
That was a colossal pain in the butt, but at least I got to use my real age, hehe.
I didn't even expect it to work, since the page already looked so faded and hard-to-read when we printed it out. We didn't have some fancy-pants high tech laser printer back then, no sir.

And I think I've seen at least one person younger than me...

Imperial Guardsman was 13, I think, which makes him the youngest person I've seen.

Miauw's not 12, because he was around when I first joined (I think) and that would've made him 10 back then.
