The guy in the dungeons? Why, we killed him ages ago. Torture training can only go so long before killing the subject...

Beside, they're easily replaced.

And who said is was physical? Psychological torture would be fine too.

The testament of a crazed, babbling man who we say inflicts wounds on himself and has been locked in the basement to prevent him mass killing people? Will that be believed? Besides. Kevak will make up that story, being head of public relations.

I can fix broken people with enough effort. I have a good deal of experience with that actually. Helped a few people completely turn their lives around.

3 is my favorite to be honest

sure the plot was shit

but i played it on a pstriple and had 290 hours clocked and you can go climb into a wheelbarrow of radscorpions and catch a ride to the moon at site r

new vegas just didn't have the same feel to it
