Sorry to say that it's probably not homeless. Homeless cats are VERY skittish, and generally not in great condition.

It probably belongs to someone who lives nearby. Lots of people let their cat out during the day, and some cats travel large distances for no apparent reason (take our cat. She travels about half a mile occasionally seemingly because she can)

So uh Nintendo just revealed a new 3DS game by Intelligent Systems that is basically steampunk vs aliens with comicbook motifs. It is apparently ridiculous and is a turn based strategy game with action elements and third person shooter elements. They say we'll get  to see it tomorrow.

more reports coming in. It's gameplay is sounding like a mix between Old X-Com and Valkyria Chronicles. The game has time units represented by a tank of steam, characters move around in a third person shooter style view with aiming using the touchscreen, a big part of the game is collecting newer and better equipment, and it even has overwatch. It's about a Department made by Lincoln fighting off an alien invasion during the Civil War era. The game is called Code Name S.T.E.A.M. (Strike Team Eliminating the Alien Menace) and they took a lot of inspiration from the Silver Age. The aliens are inspired by HP Lovecraft and one of the playable characters is a freakin lion
