Nah, it's this hardcore new thing that fratboys came up with to replace buttchugging. It's pretty simple, actually.

1. Be drunk.
2. Capture a bear and get it drunk.
3. ? ? ? ? Avoid being mauled while stomach-pumping the bear and drinking the alcohol-vomit slurry.
4. You are now a man. Or possibly a woman if for some reason a woman would actually be attracted enough to frat "culture" to make like it's 4^th-6^th century China.

As a hint, this has something to do with another word with the trans- prefix.
