Speaking of this Cindo de Mayo business, there's a great special at a big Mexican restaurant in the city here- $5 burritos and $5 beers on the day. Perhaps I'll see if I can round up any of my meatspace friends to accompany me...
And there's another restaurant having a contest where one has to eat a huge 1kg burritor. Survivors winners receive a luchador mask, apparently.

Just got back from an airsoft game, had a great time.
During the last game of the day, my rifle ran out of batteries so I was stuck using a spring pistol. It takes two hands to use. I hold a shield in my left hand. So I used my teeth instead. 
Got a kill with that. Still lost that game, but it was hands down the best kill of the day.
Now my pistol has bite marks on it.

You need to build a special gauntlet for your shield arm that you can use to reload. However badass reloading with your face is it puts you at bit of a disadvantage when it comes to spatial awareness and reaction times.

One of my favourite bands, who haven't played in years (they're basically broken up, but they call it a "hiatus") just released an album that they had apparently recorded before they decided to take a break. And it's free, too. Made my morning.

Well, I took the SAT today, and despite being generally nervous I did pretty good. Maybe the 2200+ (1450+ for those used to the other scores) range.
