Yes, that's a spider. With a neck. And jaws the length of that neck, which it folds back to resemble a pelican. They're called (unsurprisingly) pelican spiders. Or sometimes assassin spiders because they can do this:

They can also separate their jaws and hold them at 90 degree angles from each other. WTFBBQ, Nature??
