Oh gods, I love chorizo. Used to work with a Filipino guy who showed me how to crumble it and mix it with rice and frozen peas. I ate that stuff for like a week solid and still wasn't tired of it.

.....I'm going to have to go to the store tomorrow and get some.

Sounds nice. Rows of dried sausages in the supermarket deli is one of the most appetising things I know, next to a nice cheese spread and good pasta or curry.
