ARMA 3.
Cod and Battlefield are FPS's. This is a Military Sim.
Very, very good looking. A tad odd on the controls though.

What game is this? The enviroment is amazeballs.

It's Arma 3 on the Stratis Terrain. I don't have the game even as high as it goes but it tends to look pretty good no matter what for the most part.

A lot of it has to do with the art direction more than the assets I feel. There's a lot more attention to making things look "right" in the series instead of just desaturating them.

You also can actually play Arma 3 somewhat more like an FPS than the previous games in the series. Still realistic damage and danger wise but the controls feel a lot smoother and also way more granular.

Crouch prone and standing? Fuck that Arma 3 has stances in-between those. Including standing up straighter to see over tall objects and rolling on your side for head down prone.

Also sorry for the huge picture but hey, most people should have big monitors by now and I'm LAZY. I was also just playing it again with the silly DUWS scenario to warm myself up some more, since some of my friends like co-oping on that. I just reintroduced myself to breaking peoples ribcages with the MK 14 ebr. It's got such a satisfying report whenever you fire it too.
