Listen. I made two. And there's only so much room in a king-size roaster pan! Eventually you just kind of have to stop shoveling in cheese and save it for sandwiches. Fortunately I got all the parmesan, romano, and cottage cheese in, plus half the ricotta and mozzarella, so the best sandwich-toppers are what I have left. Sadly, I can never do this again, because it wasn't until I reached the checkout line that I realized I'd spent an entire week's budget on just the cheese.

A decent amount of shitty stuff happened this week, but everything worked out in the end. I got sick, but I'm recovering decently quickly and I didn't have to work much on the days I was sickest, which was in part from people unexpectedly working for me.

Then I had to cancel hanging out with some friends yesterday because I forgot the Welcome to Night Vale live show was this week, which was a bummer because we've had a lot of trouble having our schedules line up. But miraculously everyone was able to reschedule to Friday, and the WTNV thing was awesome and I got a cool poster.
