I should be happy that I finally got on the STALKER bandwagon, like two years late.  Should be; I mean, I have spent like five hours playing it since I got it today.  But holy fuck, every single aspect of this game is engineered to infuriate me.  It has everything going for it, all the gameplay concepts, all the atmosphere, even all the signs of actual interest on the maker's part.  But fuck, I have hated every moment of gameplay so far, and yet I'm going to keep playing it.

What is the best STALKER game. I was thinking of getting one.

Shadow of Chernobyl and Call of Pripyat are both pretty good.

Although if you can't stand SoC then try it modded.

And most would suggest you steer clear of Clear Sky.
