Skeletons totally bang when they're keeping a beat. They're like drumsticks, only deceased and funky.
♫All my friends are skeletons...they beat the rhythm with their bones. Spoonman!♪
Yay for old people music.

Also grats on the courageousness, Vector!

Today's old people music is yesterdays Evil New Music.

I can't wait. In 20 years, Skrillex will be remembered nostalgically, as a classic band in the good old days.

Hey, any excuse to shout MARS, BRINGER OF WAR into a public space is a good excuse, right?

I much prefer Jupiter, Bringer of Jollity.

Had a very long and very interesting discussion on philosophy and how the world works with my friends, who are much more religious than I am. No minds were changed, but it was an interesting talk nonetheless.

None usually are. I honestly quite like talking with the more toned-down people about their religions. It's the loud Baptist street preachers who I don't ever listen to. They're just angry people.

On a side note, beautiful autumn day here. And Starbucks doubleshot energy drinks are goddamn delicious

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

oh god my sides
While I don't live in 'murricaLand, I have seen Facebook posts from my relatives like this. Note that I do not have a Facebook account.
My grandma is so racist it's ridiculous. She has at least once forwarded me an e-mail authored by the KKK.

The Shariah law in Council Bluffs Iowa is hilarious. I got family there.

My equivalent is the shit my mom's high school friends share. I'm not friends with them, but my mom never logs out of her Facebook account on her tablet, so my dad and I get some mild entertainment from reading the latest from the "Glurgeosphere".

The cynic in me is looking at the snow outside and lamenting, but the rest of me realizes it's just a bunch of water and I love snow. Shame it won't stick.

Snow! Eee!

We've only got a dusting on the lawn and roof, but it's actually sticking! Weeeeeeee!

Oh my goodness... personally, the second one is just too cute.

Assuming I get a payout the same day as last month, all signs point that I will have managed to survive November on half my monthly budget, leaving me a pretty decent amount of spare cash to use on something nice!

For some reason, I felt like watching Spongebob last night. Had a huge nostalgia trip.
