The last game i played was the Attack on Titan fangame as Mikasa.

While I've never seen the anime i do know that I'm probably not going to live.

If that doesn't count then the combined armies of the Warsaw Pact, so I'm still going to die.

Just imagine that you're sitting in your camp, on watch for a caravan or some roaming monster or a military patrol that might fall upon the home you've carved out. It's the dead of night. Then, coming up the trail, you see a single person, alone. They're wearing nice armor and wielding a nice weapon, but they're by themselves. Easy prey for a dozen bandits, right? That armor and sword will make for a great haul! And even better, they're walking right toward your camp! You call your buddies, and they ready the ambush, and just as you leap out to strike, you hear "FUS RO DAH!" The next few minutes is a horrifying blur as you and your companions throw everything you have at this lone warrior, while lightning and fire and demonic beasts and even a freaking dragon comes swooping in and around you. You companions are being torn apart, blasted to ashes, or decapitated one by one, and this unstoppable warrior just keeps coming, periodically shouting at the top of his/her lungs and moving impossibly fast, striking with terrifying precision, hurling armored warriors through the air like feathers, or just making people keel over and die. And at the end of it all, your camp is in flames, everyone is dead, and this nameless avatar of mayhem is standing before you, and you know, deep in your heart, that you are going to die. That's what eventually happens to every bandit camp the Dragonborn raids.

Also, re: the book, I think they're starting out with logic because I assume that's how Real Mathematicians talk about things, and I'm therefore going to need this to understand what I'm reading soon. Is this about right, Vector?

Yeah, that's right!  You're just learning a couple of basic words in math, but upon which the entire edifice of mathematics has been erected.  Baby steps :3

On the other hand: New Vihart video. It is utterly confusing to me and I am absolutely convinced that Vector is Vi and nothing anyone can say can disabuse me of this absurd notion.

Terraria. Chlorophyte sword, orichalchum armor, rainbow gun, beam sword, large quantities of dynamite, harpy wings, decent accessories, and 425 health. Unless he uses the gun or rains dynamite on me "death from above" style, I stand a chance because he's still slower than hell without a running start. Also, his attack arc with the sword is predictable.

Heh. Kinda reminds me of a moment in a forum RPG where our party got ambushed by 30 bandits and within 30 seconds had killed 10 of them and made the rest surrendur.

I keep drawing things, and a large portion of them are turning out really, really good. Or at least good for me.

Oh, and on the topic of how boned we has humans would be against characters we've played ... the latest forum D&D-esque thing I'm in has me as a Winter Faerie that's super humanly fast, strong, and sexy as a result of being a full Fae. He has good working knowledge of over 16 different types of magic, is a complete psychopath, and follows a god of pranking. He's essentially the Joker ou superpowered. The first time he and his party got ambushed by bandits at level 3 (which we started out as) the 30 bandits that ambushed us were down to 20 cowering fools who we then recruited in the space of 30 seconds.
Their next fight against a group of priests of the local paladin god ended up with a full-fledged fuel between the gods themselves that destroyed half the town.
That was their second battle in the entire campaign.

It doesn't have a main charachter but I'd be chased by a T-54 from WoT. Not exactly happy since that thing is scary.

If we're talking singleplayer only, the Adam from HR, that's equally scary honestly, especially the way I play him :C
