I was planning on having basically a microapartment, but the complex ran out of those and so I ended up with something with nearly twice the floorspace. The dining room area has been designated the 'cardboard packaging pile,' with dirty clothes strewn about most of the rest of the apartment simply to prevent the entire thing from feeling like a cavernous, empty space.

Though I do like the ability to pace around the apartment. Pacing is a very important part of mental stability. :3

I was playing Payday 2 with a bunch of randoms, and this guy named Burg joins. I mention how much I like his name, and start repeating it over and over again... And we come to the realization that "Burg" can take the place of anything and proceed to come up with a plethora of phrases.

"Right in the burgs!"

"You stupid burg."

"This is the best burg I've ever had."


As well as attributing our successful heist to the Power of Burg. "Burg" is now my go-to curse word.

Let's say you order a beef steak.

Instead, someone brings you chicken, but insist that it's beef and worth the price.

Nothing -wrong- with chicken, but it's not what you ordered. And they're trying to cheat you to save money.

Couple that with the possibility that, as a not-normally-eaten animal and thus not bred as hardy as a pig or cow, the horse might be more unsanitary... Well, that's what I always got from the kerfuffle.
