Short, tangential conversation happened about local drug problems, especially the prevalence of meth in Indiana and how bad it is.  I couldn't resist the comment "at least we don't have Krokodil".  Co-worker had never heard of Krokodil.  I could tell that she was hitting Google before I could finish explaining what it was.  I warned her "Hold on.  Before you hit Google, these are some of the worst gore shots you'll ever see."  Barely slowed her down.  The ensuing shock was most satisfying.  Is it wrong that I find situations like that entertaining?

It's not wrong in the slightest. And it's always worth a laugh, accidentally shocking someone. (Though I don't find the idea of krokodil funny.)
