Because I don't trust a piece of paper/website to tell me how smart I am.

@Max White: Yes, it's an exam with a mean of 100 and a standard deviation of 15, and 145 is the genius/"our scales are no longer functional" range.

But in terms of "genius" IQ I am not exactly hitting the home runs here.  I brought it up only because I thought it was funny after MZ was all "Dafuq, I'm more open and creative than Vector?!"  Well, MZ is also smarter than Vector :D

More people need to think like this. It would prevent a lot of the assholes in office from getting there or at least getting away with so much crap. But defending against natural charisma is a tricky thing, because it is tied to people cooperating in general.
