I doubt it. Right now the "Time" topic on the xkcd forums is at 412 pages and shows no signs of slowing. They even seem to have formed their own little group of dedicated trackers that I doubt will lose interest before he stops updating.

Still, I wouldn't be surprised if he lost readers for this. You can only keep a gag going for so long before people lose interest.

Well just because he's keeping that going doesn't mean he's stopped other updates! He's still putting out a new comic every Mon/Wed/Fri just like before, it's just that now he is also putting out updates to his time comic (usually on the half hour/hour).

This is a prime example of why commas are so important. By adding a single comma, you get "Science, Bitch!", which is an excellent taunt. Without a comma, you get "Science Bitch!" which infers that you are the titular bitch of Science
