Uh... I think you may want to do more testing before you commit to your conclusion.  Just a bit of advice.

Can't argue with logical rhetoric. Guess it must be true!

... let me just say, that in the area I'm in, there's about as many, possibly more, fat people over 80 as there are not-fat people over 80.

Maybe... maybe all the grease acts as a preservative? Or perhaps they've managed to pickle themselves via beer and moonshine, I'unno.
