Happy with the discovery that swinging a sword around is (surprise!) actually pretty good exercise. Especially when it's actually made of metal instead of wood or plastic or whatever. Finally, a form of strength-building I won't get bored with!

Eeeehehehe. Homebrew progress again. Just wrote a class feature that is basically, "You know all these stupid fiddly Ride checks you have to worry about with mounted combat? Nope! You're fine, buddy."

They wouldn't be the ones riffed by Mystery Science Theatre 3000 would they? They do make them quite funny but still mind boggingly products of their time.

Well... not really but there's a bunch of them on YouTube. From what I understand (I never grew up watching MST3000 being Australian) the educational video riffing was a brief segment before the actual film for the show began. They're mostly around 10 minutes long, in black and white and full of "good, wholesome family values"! :P
