You could try formalising the days and times for each player to try to get regular turns. You could make alternating weekly schedules with 6 livestream sessions per week. If someone misses one you can switch to the next weeks schedule, of course, I am probably overthinking this...

EDIT: That does it, I'm reforming the turn process a bit and turning it into forum based. Turns can still be made on my channel but you may request it to be taken directly in this thread.
