For ten minutes in MS paint, that's not bad, I think.  As for steady hand, it comes with practice.  My hands are naturally unsteady, but that's improved with drawing practice.  Used to be I couldn't draw straight line to save my life without a ruler, but recently I've had more control.  Still shaky as a leaf if I don't focus on keeping them steady, though.

I personally love the "pixelated" style. And this female raider(?) is awesome. Do you make comissions? I wouldn't mind a smaller size pixelated raider-gal like this for a banner of my Fallout mod I am remaking now :P.

Hehe, thanks, the whole pixelly thing is just something I'm messing with. Basically I draw it REALLY small in paint, then make it bigger. It doesn't look half-bad, I think.
