This came to mind. No subtitles/translations, though. In short, it's about a woman who makes art with substance. She went to an art school where, after a while, she's the only one without a form of expression. After one class, she has a chat with her teacher and they start talking about Dutroux (a serial killer, child molester and criminal, who was the topic of every day at the time it was made). It was an emotional time for her, and after a while, it all came out. and that's when she knew she would have to do something with it. That became her form of expression. Just watch it. It's from the same people as who made the Boomerang sketch (you know, the one Jay Leno and most/all of his viewers thought real).
