They are using cans of frozen (*solid) beer as weapons which you can eat when needed. Seems pretty nice invention for me.

Two-Humpets is a dwarven game of chance, similar to poker dice. The main difference between the two is that the dice, called humpets, are carved from pointelligator hooves. Pointelligators are known for holding grudges, and will gladly rip apart an entire fortress to get their hooves back.

So, it's like poker dice, only half the game is spent screaming and running away from an extremely angry, extremely sharp pointelligator.
