My dofts put all my artifacts in a bin, and now i want them out of the bin (gonna make a museum). How can this be accomplished?

Make little 1x1 stockpiles in your museum, set them to accept no bins.
Micromanage those little stockpiles to only accept the artefact item you want in that spot.
Remove the stockpile where the artefact bin is in. Your dwarves should haul the artefacts to their right location now. (That still can take a while)

Or you could simply try to sell the bin, your dwarfs will take the artifacts out of the bin before taking it to the trade depo.
