My questions are fading from the front page!
All I have left to ask is this: Can bolts, liquids, and other Fortification-permeable materials pass through Fortifications vertically?

from my experience it seems like fortications act as a floor making any projectiles and liquids have to pass through the fortification before it drops.

note projectiles can be used on a lower z level than the fortification, I just think there is a deadzone with this.

also, try bumping your older post if the answers that were provided didn't answer your question, it keeps the board clutter free, and focuses peoples attention on your questions instead of spreading attention around.
