I know that. It's done to prevent idolatry. We don't know what God looks like, and we can't know, so why bother making a drawing of him?

It just seems strange that they don't protray Allah while they protray God. Shouldn't they not allow for both?

The term GOD used ingame is the general term "god".
The creature spawned is identical to ZEUS.

That somehow worked on the one with the night stick, but by the lawyer getting killed by the cop.  The one with the gun, however, was not pacified by killing a lawyer.  I don't even know why or how that happened with the first one.

Has anyone tried Numa Numa guy?  The various cat memes seem to be represented, might be worth looking at a few of the others.  Probably won't work, due to him being a human, but still worth a shot.

Hmm, internet memes are probably well accounted for.  I'll have to request stuff, since the game is not out in the UK yet.  I think I'll get it when it does, could be an excuse to dust off the old DS :P.

Quite frankly, if I got it, I would probably just summon random stuff almost every level just to see what happened.  Need to reach something high?  Long cat!  Too many enemies?  Falcon punch!  Bored and want to see something interesting happen?  DESU!

Unfortunately, since the game isn't out here, I can't try any of these things yet.
