Ask around the town square trying to find out how much it would cost to build a castle if I already have the plans.

Not even pain relief? Pity.

I consult the temple, hoping to get my arm reattached.

Ah screw it he can bleed.  I'll head outside and over to the bandit, if he's still breathing I'll slit his throat, I don't like survivors.

Provide cover for Kilikan.

I have an idea...

If I get some magic training, I could slam my axe into the ground, and be all like, "fissure!".

I'd sell you an enchanted axe at a good rate, but I'm a bit preoccupied at the moment.

There might not be any updates for a while, it's finals week and I'm busy as hell... probably going ot be burnt out after too.

I knew I should have learned some sort of 4th wall breaking resurrection spell.

Good luck on your finals.

I'm still going to save Kilakan from the inevitable ambush.

Alright, I'm back. Expect the rolls to be a little more... intense from now on. I'm done with this "you stub your toe" stuff. 2-5 still won't have any ill effects, but 1 & 6 can be BAD. Also, there won't be any easy fixes from now on. Severe wounds will likely stay for a while.

Ask around the town square trying to find out how much it would cost to build a castle if I already have the plans.
2: You wander around the square for an hour, but nobody seems to know anything about building a castle. They're mostly potters and craftsmen, what did you expect?

Not even pain relief? Pity.

I consult the temple, hoping to get my arm reattached.
Luck 2: The aching continues.

2: You approach the temple, but the doors are locked tight. Consulting one of the nearby townsfolk, you find out that today is the Day of the Fell, and all the temples are closed.
Try again to Learn Ice Magic
6: You summon a sphere of cold in your hand. You gaze at it for a moment before realize that sphere is really cold! You shiver and lose control of the sphere, only to have it explode and encase your right arm in ice! Luck 2: You can't feel your arm anymore!
+2 to Elementalism
New Spell: Frozen Sphere
Right Arm: Frozen Through

Ah screw it he can bleed.  I'll head outside and over to the bandit, if he's still breathing I'll slit his throat, I don't like survivors.
2: You wander outside and look around. You find the bandit out of the window, and he appears to still be alive. You lift your greatsword to strike him, but drop it into the mud instead.
I'm still going to save Kilakan from the inevitable ambush.
Luck 2: The bleeding worsens slightly. -1 to rolls next turn.

5: You guard Kilakan so well that you feel you could grab a bullet out of midair with your bare hands. However, there is no bullet. There is no bandit. Nothing happens at all, actually.

Hurray, it's back!
...But my arm's not.
Time to put that int score to good use.
Return to the library and study up on healing.
I'll get my two-arm status back eventually, one way or another.

A turn of nothingness for them, followed by them being captured, requiring a difficult escape roll when they come back?

Please don't hurt me, guys.
