No it doesn't.  The lung, I mean.  I'm a dwarf.  You didn't even roll for healing.
I didn't need to. You had a hole in your lung that you didn't even try to bandage up. That doesn't just go away.

Also, can I keep my character? Automagically?
That depends on if you survive or not. If you die, then no. If you kill the demons, then yes.

Anyway, I need your action.

Okay, well... umm... I don't know what happened to Z. Chis. He hasn't e-mailed me. And it's been 4 days. So... I guess that lung took it's toll and he fell unconscious. If he posts an action, he will wake up and do it(he doesn't need to post a wake-up action) but for now he's OOC, I guess.

Okay, I have one more thing to do here. Then I'll go look for my last living companion.

I grab what I can carry from the treasure chest, then read up on banishments from the book. One never knows when a banishment might possibly be useful.

5: You begin reading the book, looking for something that might give you an edge against any adversaries like the old man you just faced. You learn a "Soulsnatch" spell that will capture a soul that an enemy is using and give it to you. The book says you can then use this soul for your own rituals, but you figure you could probably just release it as well.

New Spell: Soulsnatch
+6 to Demonology

I leave the book and grab the scrolls from the chest, then begin searching for zchris. Maybe his fairy will come find me or something.

I think the guys have long since stabbed you to death. It's been several turns and you were completely immobile; several guys should have no trouble finishing you off.

Anyway, I'd like to join a sequel or whatnot.

Okay... another two days, come and gone. No post from Z. Chris. Hrm...

Luck 6!

Okay, he's alive. Comatose still, I guess. Anyway:

I leave the book and grab the scrolls from the chest, then begin searching for zchris. Maybe his fairy will come find me or something.
5: You grab the scrolls and begin searching for the comatose dwarf. After you talk to travelers you find ont he road you hear stories about a dwarf that went to a fortress, and head off in that direction. You arrive at LoweredPants.

I look for and attempt to heal my once companion who tried to kill me. I'm sure he would want his fairy helping me.

Kilakan: May I throw your dagger at people I don't like after I get it?

Sorry about the delay. I got Dragon Age: Origins erm... three days ago? And I've been playing it non-stop, only taking occasional breaks to satisfy my needs and go to class.

I look for and attempt to heal my once companion who tried to kill me. I'm sure he would want his fairy helping me.

Kilakan: May I throw your dagger at people I don't like after I get it?

5: You enter the fortress and find Z. Chris, lying unconscious in the barracks. Two naked dwarves are wrestling ontop of him - poor fella couldn't get his own room. You magically heal his lung.

I MUST KILL THE DEMONS.
6: The instant Nirur restores your breathing abilities, you immediately sit up with such force that the wrestlers ontop of you collide with a nearby object. You then grab your axe and run out the door yelling "DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONS!"  Nirir runs after you and struggles to keep pace, but you shortly arrive outside Schalade. In your absence, the demons have certainly been busy taking over the city. Most of the old structures have been ripped down, and replaced with tall pointy spires made from some sort of jet-black metal. The walls still stand, but have reddish-brown weeds you've never seen before covering them like ivy. The gates are open, and you see two demons standing guard, each with a spear and dagger. They wear plate made from the same black metal as the buildings, and their skin is dark and leathery. They have an almost skeletal look.

Too lazy to update the status. Nothing changes except Z. Chris' lung being healed.

Hmm... good question. I suppose if someone picks you up you can... "communicate" with them. Not with words, but feelings (positive/negative). You could also probably influence their combat abilities(give earth-based buffs to people you like, slow down ones you don't) but that's about it.
