I seem to recall spending multiple turns in a near-suffocated state by a zombie without working arms (With onlookers present, no less) last time I used necromancy on somebody I killed with cure spells. I'd really rather take my chances with my legendary healing magic.

I really hope I survive this, so NPC me can open a temple of healing for adventurers in the sequal. Free service, but with a coin flip determining the outcome. You win, you get fully healed. You lose, I kill you instantly. Coin lands on the edge? Have a Rune of Combustion tattoo.

Wow Nirur, you have now kill TWO players with your healing magic. That's gotta be some kind of record...

I think in the sequel I'll use two dice(one skill, one luck) so this sort of thing happens less often.

Uhh .... oops. Well, hopefully your body won't vanish into a cloud of pixels for the minute or so that it takes me to kill these guys, then I can learn to resurrect or something.

Rapier number 4. I like the third one. Can I keep him for a pet? Pleeeaassee?

Edit: What does my Ring of Cure Light Wounds do? I thought it would automatically heal me when I was in poor physical health.

3+2=5: You stab at one of the demons. RTD 2: It can't get out of the way, and you pierce it through! You sure showed him what it's liked to be skewered. His evil bleeds out and he dies.

+6 to Fencing

Quote from: Demon 1
I hate this guy! He keeps healing!
5: Emboldened with furious hatred, you deliver a perfect strike against the annoying mortal. RTD 6: Despite this, he somehow manages to dodge out of the way! Unfortunately for him, he bumps into one of the other demons.

Quote from: Demon 2
*La le la, do de*-~ "Hey, who bumped into me!"
4: Brought out of his dreamworld by the man who ran into him, the demon strikes at Nirur. RTD 3: He partially dodges out of the way, but still gets cut on the arm.

I was hoping it would grant another regeneration roll, but that works. Does it recharge on it's own, or what?

I stab the first one.

You have to recharge it.

Luck 2: Your wounds don't heal.

2+2=4: You stab the first one. RTD 2: If fails to get out of the way. It it heavily wounded.

+3 to Fencing

RAEG!
5: Furious now, the demon enters a blind rage and attacks you. RTD 2: Surpised by the sudden onslaught, you can't get out of the way. You are pierced through!
Quote from: Demon 2
Kill!
2: The demon slips off into dreamland again.

(WTF was up with all those 2's?!?)

Depraved thoughts are fun!

Seems harmless enough, but I'm going to skewer its heart anyway.

2+3=5: You aim a perfect strike at the demon's heart. RTD 5: It snaps back to reality just in time to dodge out of the way and avoid being skewered.

Quote from: Demon 2
Do de do...
2: After pulling off the remarkable dodge, the demon drifts back into dreamland.

You know, I'm pretty sure I could get a psychologist to pay a good deal of money to study this creature. Pity there isn't one nearby, greatly reducing my options.

Finally.

I attempt to revive zchris, with the power of my legendary healing magic.

I wonder if trying to mutilate his corpse would work better.

6+3=6: You summon a great amount of magical energy and pour it into the body! It lurches once, then lets out a moan as it reaches for your neck!

+2 to Necromancy

Quote from: Dwarf Zombie
Mahhh!
4: The dwarf zombie reaches for your neck! RTD 4: Recalling a similar situation, you hurridly get out of the way.
