Can you escape the dungeon alive? Uninjured? Undetected?

You are sitting in the middle of a cell. The cell is 49 sq. feet and is square. Your leg is held by a rusty chain that is connected to the middle of the floor, the chain has a radius of 8 feet.
To your north there is a stone wall, to the south there is a stone wall, to the northeast there is a crack in the stone floor, to the east there is a stone wall and a barred window 6 feet off the floor, to the west there is a wall of bars and a door made out of bars. There is also some stale bread and putrid water. Across from your cell is another one, it is vacant. There is a stone hall between the two.
