Use printscreen to take a picture, post it in paint, upload it to an online picture hosting site (photobucket is a good free one), then use the [img][/img] tags to post the images url (which is given by photobucket, should be right under the image after you upload it).

Freaking ridiculous.

It's a pity webs aren't currently flammable.

Everything is flammable, you just need to use something hotter. :O

Anything made through b -> C menu won't burn. You might've embarked on a haunted/terrifying/sinister forest, where all the trees are dead. That's a bit different.

Hey, looks like I'm not the only one who uses the aboveground tunnel entrance! Do you put markdwarves on top, like I do?

Anyway, orcs are scary. Giant wolf spider riding orcs, doubly so. Their silk is worth about the same as giant cave spider silk, so a silk farm is a good idea. Just capture a few (This is hard, they have trapavoid(I recommend cave-in( or bridges))), put them in a large area, and wait. Send in the military after a while, and voila! Huge amounts of valuable silk.

Sweet Urist, how many parenthesis' did i just use?

You'll need to knock them unconscious to capture them, right?

EDIT: On top of a cage trap, no less.

Can spiders even be knocked unconscious? I was once torturing goblins by unleashing animals the elves had traded to me on them and periodically knocking the animals unconscious with Dwarf Companion to mitigate the amount of damage done to the goblins, but the GCS I tested just continued splattering the walls with blood even with max exhaustion.

Actually, I meant collapsing the floor underneath them, not knocking them unconscious with dust. It doesn't matter if you can resist dust or not if you are already 2 z-levels under the ground.
