After attempting to go west and getting stopped by large piles of forged galactic bills, You furiously head south in retaliation. The world gets colder as you go south. Soon, you reach the point with large bacterial growth. It is here that you find a interesting battle taking place. You see a Dwarf fighting the Grue Protist. You know that the Grue Protist will butcher the poor Dwarf.

What do you do?

A. Turn your headlights on for a better view
B. Laugh at the Dwarf
C. Laugh at the Grue

Note: If I mark EP in red, It means that the true cost is the average of all other Evolutions. The stated number is what it would be if it was a normal evolution.

Keep in mind that the 'You' is the alien watching the fight between an Urist dwarven and a Grue protist.


I'm worried that if we intervene by turning on our headlights (presumably harming the Grue Protist due to it being a Grue) that we'll seed the potential for a religion in our Urist dwarven, as such an intervention would be, to them, 'Divine'. So to speak. Do we really want a bacterium prophet?


Remember that we have other Urist dwarven around, this is just one pair of bacterium fighting each other, we can afford to lose an Urist dwarven here or there (in fact it's certain.)



So, with that in mind, i shall choose C and laugh at the Grue protist, due to not wanting to laugh at our poor losing Urist dwarven, but not wanting to intervene directly either.



Also; way to create a wierd planet that gets colder as you approach the equator.

It is wierd that it got colder as we approached the equator, but maybe we were so close to the equator that we passed it. In any case, point and laugh at grue; C
