In truth, most h-games are censored, due to Japanese laws, but it's easy enough to bypass, and isn't enough to hide what it happening, so even that would probably be enough to get you in trouble.

Which basically meant everybody looked really young. This would later turn to bite the genre in the ass.

 But yes, livestreaming. I'm sure that is a topic that would be better-suited to this thread. Why, if I didn't know better, there runs the possibility of somebody going too far and causing some issues with the rules.

Have to tried any Contra games?  Should fit right in with that brand of twichiness.  Especially Hard Corp (the Genesis one) - it was so hard even for Contra that the Japanese arcade version was the only one in the series to have a three hit health bar.  Which was then removed in the American port, with no other alterations, making straight up, no-save-stating completion virtually impossible.

There's your challenge.  Pity I'm never around when you go online.

That's actually my favorite contra game... Ill get some practice in to get my skills back and give it another try. I used to be able to get a couple of endings in that one no save states.
