Nein is "no" as in answering questions.  Kein is "no" as nothing of that type.

It doesn't really bug me.  I mean, if you're going to splice German and English together anyway, you might as well totally butcher the German.

You accept the offer, and attempt to ranaggle a better deal, but his uber[superior in german]trading skills far outmatch yours, so you go ahead with the original deal anyway, grudgingly. He seems happy, then snobbily leaves to buy a house from someone as a trading haus.
