Mutant Experiment, who is immune to any nightkill or daykill besides the Almighty Lynch, and must kill someone every night or die himself?
Woah, that one looks pretty powerful. Immune to daykill AND nightkill? If he's on the mafia team, I guess they get another nightkill. We should remember, however, that he's not immune to night type abilities all together - judging from the text you posted, an RB on him (Locked Door Guy, You're bad and you should feel bad guy) or a protection on his victim will stop him dead. This will at least stop him from roleclaiming due to his apparent invincibility.
Door Locker, he can go to someone during the night and make it so they can't do a night-action, but also are immune to night actions.
'Nother powerful role. I suppose this is a roleblocker/ doctor combo (with the added effect of other abilities not working). It would be powerful on either side, of course, but it would probably be more powerful on the town side for preventing NKs.
The Untouchable? When they die, the next night gets skipped.
Basically useless, or perhaps even worse than useless, for the mafia. Could be good for town, but then again, we shouldn't be aiming to lynch a towny in the first place. I can imagine him trying to attract the NK though.
"You're bad and you should feel bad" guy. They can go to somebodys house in the night, insult them incessantly, making the person cancel all plans for the night
Seems to be a fairly traditional RB. For this reason, it would be pretty good on either side. Roughly equal, in fact.
The "Alien Transmogrifier". Once each game, during the day, he can target two players and cause them to switch roles (but NOT alignment). He cannot target himself, and the swapped players won't know who they've swapped with.
Sounds hilarious, but I'm not sure how much use it would turn out to be. A town Alien will have to work out both a mafia player with a strong role and a towny with a strong role to use it to full effect. I suppose he could also use this to roleswitch and avoid an NK on an important role, however. A mafia Alien could have an easier time - he could swap a weak roled mafia members role with one of the much more powerful roles on the town side (possibilities include Mutant Experiment and Door Locker, if they are sided with town). However, this ability is useless as long as the Elephant is alive.
Really passionate cornered guy
You have 1 vote. However, for every two people that vote for you, you will receive another vote for that day since you're becoming more passionate. You lose the votes should they unvote you.
Sounds very strong, and could certainly sway the game. I think it would be more useful for mafia, as they're more likely to incur the wrath of the town, but it could also have some application as a town role.
Mental Patient: Each DAY they can choose someone to distract, and the guy (gal) will be unable to use any DAY-type abilities.
Hmm, possibly not so useful at the moment, considering the low number of day actions we've had so far, but there could be more.
Mental Guy, who can once per game during the day blow up a person's head. He also reveals himself when he does this.
I wouldn't want to be the Elephant when he does that... but then again, I guess that just means he can't use the ability till the Elephant is dead. Once the Elephant is dead it should be good in a tight spot for either side.
An elephant in the room, to be precise. It's so large and distracting that any day-type abilities will be retargeted toward it, which looks like it could get amusing with the Alien Transmogrifier.
Basically makes day type abilities useless unless the user really, really wants to target the Elephant for some reason. If the Alien or Mental Guy are pro mafia, this could be a useful town role. The mafia probably won't like the extra vulnerability though, and it would probably become negative in mafia hands.

Reason for claim: Other players would wonder why he isn't voting, to explain a possible plan and to see if the role could be used to the town's advantage.
God of Romance. Once, this player can select two players and make them lovers, complete with the suicide the next night after one of the 2 dies. Loves are told when they become as such, and it doesn't count as a day ability.
Wide variety of things to do with this. I think that the Mafia's superior knowledge of roles (ie they know each other) would make this more useful to them - they could tie a towny about to be lynched to another for an immediate NK. Town could use it too, but only if they'd correctly identified a player who is going to die and a mafia member.
HA HA I WAS RIGHT ALL ALONG Guy, who starteth with no votes at all, and does only gain votes by means of predicting who shalt be lynched the following day. If he doest predict correctly he receives two permanent votes. If he is wrong, it hast no effect.
Well, this one would be a pretty valuable member of each team. Not sure if he got to guess who would be lynched today at the start of the game, but if he's good at it he'll rack up votes fast. Then again, it's very hard to predict who will be lynched before the day starts.
ROYALTY: He is a loveable figurehead of a family line that has since lost governing power. If he dies, then the next DAY is skipped, as everyone is attending his funeral.
So basically an inverted Untouchable. Would be an obvious target for the mafia, and if it is a mafia role it basically puts us a man down (unless this guy gets lynched last).
I know of a Detention thingy. I forgot the actual name, but I recall that he/she can put one player in Detention per day. Their vote becomes worthless, as does all day powers involving them for whatever reason.
This power will always target the Elephant for now, me. While it does mean I have no vote, it also means that all day actions will do nothing for now (they hit me, but bounce off the detention cell). Could be useful if we suspect that the mafia has day roles, and may be used to good effect after my death as a last resort against scum.
