Vector, your blatant hatred of buddying is driving me nuts.

This steering wheel in my pants is driving me nuts!

I'm spectating.

Unvote.

CobaltKobold, your blatant buddying is driving me nuts.
Why, thank you. There are no scum to hunt, ergo no scumtells, ergo 'scummy' behaviour- to survive...seems to be the way to go.

Wait, why am I explaining myself? Explaining thought processes is a town-tell. But there is no town, either. Na'theless, value of 'personhood' more important than 'scumness', Vector. Presently.

Ah, I will explain...

I'm not thinking of buddying as a scumtell.  I'm kind of tired of people kissing up to Webadict.  Being nice to someone--yes, that's good.  A little subtle ego-stroking is pleasant.  I think, however, that leaving him as the sole focus of every game becomes a bit silly.

I think we will end up building non-aggression pacts eventually, but it's not as good to start them up in the beginning-game.  These things take time.

That's why I decided to vote webadict early; if we don't, it's just watching him slowly march to victory. Boringggg.

A good point.

Cobalt Kobold, I'll get back to you later.

Unvote, Webadict.

I'm kind of tired of people kissing up to Webadict.  ...  I think, however, that leaving him as the sole focus of every game becomes a bit silly.
I needed wanted to lever his vote off me. It worked.

The only reason it was him was that he voted for me. And my agreement with him (if you want to call it that) is only for the first vote, if it was unclear.

Early in the game, you need a lack of enemies . Later in the game, you need DEAD(well, out-of-running) allies. You can see how this might be problematic.

I suppose early-rounds are by that argument less important thus agreements less valuable- but having an alliance for more rounds is better than one for less, mostly.

Side note: Lynching lurkers might actually be a safe move, depending.

I'm one vote away from death. And death is none too kind. You need not make me the focus of your games, but my game will focus on you. Remember that the strong do not survive in this game. It is the wise.

For that I will vote Vector.

I'll switch to CobaltKobold. He's very focused on the nature of this game, which means he'll be dangerous to leave to the end; webadict, having name recognition, will be easier to remove.

Then let's get rid of him early, yes?

Hmm...I've never been a big fan of CCGs - I mean, I did and still do collect Pokemon cards, but I never got heavily into the battling and trading thing.

By definition that makes you a fan since you still buy them.

I'd rather remove someone with real ambition than a lurker who'll probably draw some ire later.

At least we don't have to worry about him being scum! :D
